COVID-19 RESPONSE

Dear Sprocket Rocket Customers,

Thank you for your patience during this sad and devastating time that we as a whole, are all forced to deal with.  Our office has been shut down and all 35 employees have been temporary laid off until we can resume operations again. Rest assured, we will resume in due time.

Our guests are very important to us and we look forward to the day when we have you all back visiting Nashville again.

All refunds and rebooking’s will be addressed as soon as we get the clear to reopen. There is absolutely nothing more we can do at this time

We ask that you please do not send emails or leave messages asking for refunds as again, we cannot do anything until we open back up for business and are able to address these requests.  We have everyone in our system, and we will be contacting you when we are in operation again.

We are all hoping for this nation wide shut down to end soon and until then please stay safe.  We will contact you as soon as we can.
