What’s your cancellation policy, late policy, & weather policy?

LATE POLICY

  • Private Reservation: We will wait for you, however, your ride will still end at the scheduled time.

  • Public Bike: We have a strict on time policy and cannot wait for groups running behind. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early to check in.

CANCELLATION/ RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • FREE CANCELLATION up to 48 hours before ride time .
  • No refunds 24 hours before ride

Absolutely no exceptions will be made to this policy.

WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY

Rain or Shine, we ride! We’re committed to keeping the party poppin’ aboard Sprocket Rocket Party Bike and until weather conditions are deemed unsafe, we will continue to party in the streets!

Do not assume your reservation is canceled unless you are contacted by a Sprocket Rocket team member.

  • If at any point we cancel your ride you will receive a refund, however, if your group chooses not to ride, no refund will be issued.

  • We will do our best to reschedule you if possible for both you and us.

  • Rides cancelled before they depart the lot will receive a 100% refund. All other rides we cancel will receive a prorated refund.

  • If weather conditions cause us to cut more than 15 minutes into your pedal time we will cancel your ride.

  • Rain refunds take 3-5 business days to process. You will receive an email regarding your refund the following business day.

*Please remember that your reservation time is your check-in time, not the time you start pedaling. Please anticipate arriving even if it is raining at the time of your check-in.

UNPREDICTABLE CANCELLATIONS

When accidents happen that are out of our control, we will do our best to accommodate all parties. We do a high volume of tours and when one ride is set back, all of the following tours can be effected. Ride cancellations may occur to help correct the schedule.

Weather

  • If it is unsafe to be on the road, we will not allow bikes to operate. We will not jeopardize our guests’ or our staff’s safety. Rain is wildly unpredictable and often times, the sky bursts open without warning and just as quickly, it passes. We understand this can be frustrating to our guests. Should we cancel operations, we ask that you keep in mind that we are doing our best to accommodate/ reschedule/cancel/ refund, etc. upwards of 130 people at once.

  • Rides are only cancelled if mandatory. Rides will continue after conditions improve.

  • We are often sold out on weekends and may be unable to reschedule parties that experience cancellation due to weather related incidents. We cannot move another guests’ reservation to accommodate those that were rained out.

  • We cannot offer reimbursement for costs to our customers outside of our company’s offerings; including but not limited to Lyfts, cabs, parking, alcohol, merchandise, etc.

Should/Can I bring my own cooler?

No need to bring a cooler! Coolers and ice are provided on every bike!

What if I don't have 6 people in my group?

MINIMUM = 6 PEOPLE / MAXIMUM = 15 PEOPLE

Book a public bike! We need a minimum of 6 people to roll out. If that number isn’t met, you will be contacted if your reservation does not meet the minimum. You will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

Do I have to book in advance?

Reservations can be made online or by phone, even on the same day. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

There is NOT a waitlist or cancellation list. Once a time is booked, it is booked.

Where do we start? Where does it end?

All tours depart from our headquarters at 535 Lafayette St. (1 mile walk from Broadway. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your check in time.

No route or roads are guaranteed during your ride. We make it work based on what is going on in the city that day. Drop off locations are limited due to city regulations but we will drop you off as close to lower Broadway as possible!

Do we really have to pedal?

WELL, HECK YEA!

70% of the power we need to run is provided by YOU! The remaining 30% of the power is supplied by our bike’s unique electric assist motor.

Sprocket Rocket is not only the best Party Bike and Tavern Tour in Nashville, but also the easiest to pedal! That 30% boost is a game-changer, allowing us to pedal for longer than any other pedal bike downtown!

How long is the ride?

The entire ride from the check in time to the drop off location on Lower Broadway is approximately 1.5 hours long.

Are There Any Stops During The Ride?

We make one 15-minute bar stop at the halfway point to grab a drink, use the restroom, and take some group photos.

What should I bring? Where can I buy drinks?

Your crew, your drinks, and your party attitude!
You can bring your own alcohol or buy from us at check in or pre-order when you book. We have a variety of beers and seltzers to choose from in the form of individual cans, 6 packs, 12 packs, jello shot tubs, as well as non-alcoholic beverage options.

** If you BYOB all alcohol must be 8% or lower ABV, no glass, wine/champagne/liquor or liquor based seltzers (such as High Noons, Surfsides, etc.)
Must be cans or plastic only.

No need to bring coolers – we provide coolers and ice on every bike.

Our bikes have storage bins up top for personal belongings, such as purses, wallets, phones, etc. **We are not responsible for any lost items during your ride.

Does Everyone Need to Sign the Waiver?

Everyone in your party must fill out the waiver in their full legal name and bring a valid government ID. Anyone in your party without a valid ID will not be permitted to ride.

The check-in process is much faster if everyone fills their waiver out prior to arrival. If your waiver is filled out with your nickname, we will have you step to the side and fill out a new waiver from your phone.

Everyone attending will need to fill out their own online waiver, the person making the reservation cannot fill out the waiver for everyone in their group. This is a legal document, folks.

Waivers are done online ONLY, there will be no hard copies available at check-in.

How early should we arrive? And where should we arrive?

PLEASE ARRIVE PROMPTLY AT YOUR RESERVATION TIME.

Your check-in time is not your departure time. The bike will depart 15 minutes after your party is fully checked in.

Your ride is scheduled accordingly, so we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in (ID verification, waivers) and to purchase any drinks.

Your ride begins at our headquarters which is located at 535 Lafayette Street, Nashville, TN 37203.

Is there parking?

WE DO NOT HAVE ON-SITE PARKING. Paid parking lots are available walking distance from our headquarters.

If you are not within walking distance to our headquarters, we encourage you to utilize ride share options Nashville offers.

What should I wear?

KEEP IN MIND YOU ARE RIDING A BIKE.

Closed-toed shoes and casual wear are highly recommended. Please do not wear six inch heels, those are made for the dance floor, not pedaling.

Should I tip the driver?

Your generosity determines our staff’s livelihood and for this reason our staff works extra hard to make sure you have a great time. While tipping is not mandatory, it is GREATLY appreciated.

At the end of the tour as the tip jar makes it’s rounds, be sure to show your driver you had a blast with Venmo, CashApp, or everyone’s favorite: cold hard cash!

What if I don’t want to pedal or physically can’t pedal?

Not sure about pedaling? No worries, it’s not a Peloton class! Pedaling is all part of the fun and party bike experience!

If you are unable to pedal due to a medical condition, please let your driver know when you arrive as non pedal seats are an option.

For public rides, please keep in mind that other groups may have guests with similar needs.

Seating is not guaranteed.

What if I’m pregnant?

If you are pregnant, we recommend a non-pedal seat or the back bench. Please arrive early and notify the staff at check in.

What if I have more than 15 people?

Ready to take over the streets? Lock in multiple bar bikes by contacting us directly. Multi-bar bike bookings are reserved for private parties only. A 20% gratuity will be applied if you are reserving multiple bar bikes and full payment is required at the time of booking.

What forms of ID will work?

ID must be a government issued photo ID and not expired.

What if I still have more questions?

WE’VE GOT ANSWERS.
